When you submit forms, schedule a call through our online booking page, request
information, or contact us, you may provide:

  • Name

  • Pages viewed

  • Referring URLs

  • Time and date of visits

This is standard technical data used to maintain and optimize the website.

1.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use Cloudflare security cookies, which are strictly necessary to protect the Site from bots, abuse, and automated threats. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers. If we enable analytics tools in the future, we will update this section before they go live. You may disable cookies via your browser settings; note that the Site's security screening may not function without them.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information to:

  • Provide and deliver services

  • Respond to inquiries or requests

  • Improve website performance and user experience

  • Analyze usage trends

  • Maintain security and prevent fraud

  • Operate internal business processes

  • Send updates or marketing communications (if you opt-in)

We do not sell your information—ever.

3. Sharing of Information

We may share information only under the following circumstances:

3.1 Service Providers

With trusted vendors who perform services for us, who are contractually required to safeguard your data:

  • Cloudflare — security screening and content delivery for the Site. Cloudflare processes limited technical data (such as IP address and browser information) to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated threats.

  • Hostinger — website hosting for the Site.

  • Microsoft 365 — business email, online scheduling through Microsoft
Bookings, and video meetings through Microsoft Teams. If you email us or book a
call, Microsoft processes your name, contact details, scheduling information, and
any details you include in your booking or message so we can respond and hold
    the meeting.

The Site also embeds third-party content (including Google Maps on our About page) and links to third-party services (including LinkedIn). Those providers may collect technical data under their own privacy policies. We do not share your information for advertising targeting.

3.2 Legal Obligations

If required by law, subpoena, or government request.

3.3 Business Transfers

If the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary:

  • Inquiries, email correspondence, and scheduling requests (e.g., contact requests
and booked introductory calls): up to 2 years after our last communication, so we
can follow up and retain context.

  • Client engagement records (e.g., contracts, invoices, deliverables): up to 7 years to meet tax and legal obligations.

  • Website analytics and server logs: up to 13 months.

When a retention period ends, we delete or anonymize the data.
You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7); where the law requires us to retain certain records, we will explain that in our response.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

  • Access to your personal information

  • Correction of inaccuracies

  • Deletion of information

  • Opt-out of marketing communications

  • Restriction or objection to processing

To exercise these rights, contact us via the information provided in Section 10.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy
